This class blends the elements that make up Maeva Movement. Connecting the mind and body though the core principles of pilates, the lengthening elements of Yoga and sprinkling in moments of dance, this class is geared for everyone. Move and groove to a funky playlist designed to inspire your body to move. Find freedom in your body and confidence to move off the mat. All levels welcome.

This all levels class will tone your entire body, improve your posture and flexibility. Exercises stem from the classical ballet technique, with a contemporary and accessible approach. Leave feeling taller, more balanced and confident in your body.

A fun class that explores different Latin American social dance styles including Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, and Reggaeton. Class is taught with a progressing warm up and flows right into dance step combinations, turns, and hip swerving rhythms that will get you heart rate going and sharpen your coordination skills.

This Pilates Mat class will include Myofascial Release using various balls to roll out and massage tight areas of the body. Pilates is a series of exercises designed to develop a strong connection to the core through breath-supported movements. It emphasizes alignment and balance through the whole body, helping the student find power and freedom in their bodies.

In this class we move a little slower, breaking down the principles of the Pilates Method. Sessions progress from simple to complex movements, preparing the body to move more dynamically from a place of support and control.

Experience Hatha sessions inspired by Anusara yoga that bring more space into your body and mind and allow you to experience your full potential.  Proper alignment allows the body to integrate by providing stability in the joints, freedom of movement, and increased flexibility.  This practice focuses on toning muscle groups and safely stretching connective tissues, allowing you to truly connect with your body and enjoy the benefits of increased energy, health, and overall well-being. Join me to find your breath, balance and bliss.

Move Still Yoga, is an all-levels heart-based vinyasa flow class focused on restoring and strengthening connection of breath, body and spirit. Each pose and transition is initiated by inhale or exhale, helping to move the mind into stillness. This class is an opportunity to be gentle, honest, playful and challenged while tuning into your inner voice. An intuitive instructor and artist, Michelle may introduce a practice of personal meditation, healing mantra and hopefully some laughs!
